Pick & Pack Associate

Overview

The Pick & Pack Associates will play a crucial role in our e commerce fulfillment center by efficiently picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidates will contribute to our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAccurately pick items according to order slips and warehouse location system\n\nPick inventory using FEFO to ensure proper product rotation\n\nCarefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit\n\nApply shipping labels and verify accuracy of each order before dispatch\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times\n\nAssist with inventory counts, replenishment, and cycle counts as needed\n\nMeet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards\n\nWork extended hours during high volume periods to ensure 100% of orders are shipped on time\n\nRequirements:\n\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift\n\nMust be able to stand and walk for long periods 8 to12 hours a day\n\nMust be able to focus 100% on work and stay goal oriented in a fast paced environment\n\nMust be able to use basic technology and warehouse systems - RF scanners, tablets, computers\n\nMust be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish\n\nStrong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency\n\nDependable, punctual, and a positive team player\n\nPrevious warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus\n\nWork Environment:\n\nFast paced, deadline-driven warehouse setting\n\nCollaborative, safety focused team culture\n\nOpportunities for advancement for high performing associates\n
