    Overview

    We are hiring dependable, professional Company Truck Drivers for mileage-based positions with dedicated outbound routes from Southern California. Drivers have the flexibility to choose regular lanes to Texas, Florida, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, or the Midwest. If you're seeking consistent miles, dedicated freight, and a supportive team behind you — we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate records of mileage, hours, and fuel consumption
    • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding schedules and delivery updates
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
    • Operate company-owned tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on long-haul routes.
    • Drive dedicated outbound lanes from Southern California to your selected destination
    • Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
    • Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections
    • Maintain accurate logs through ELD

    Requirements

    • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
    • Minimum of 2 years of long-haul driving experience
    • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
    • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening
    • Basic knowledge of freight handling and load securement

    Skills

    Excellent driving skills and knowledge of truck mechanics
    Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS systems
    Ability to perform vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
    Effective time management and route optimization abilities
    Good communication skills for customer interactions
    Strong adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards
