    Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Operations Specialist in India to serve as the centralized administrative, analytical, and compliance support function for our enterprise Safety and Food Safety programs. This role will maintain dashboards, manage compliance documentation, track corrective actions, and support audit readiness across 50+ warehouse facilities and 10 AIB-certified food-grade locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safety Analytics & Dashboards – Maintain centralized safety dashboards and reporting for TRIR, DART, severity rates, training compliance, audit closures, workers’ compensation trends, and other KPIs.
    • Inspection & Compliance Management – Digitize and monitor safety inspections, identify overdue items and deficiencies, and maintain compliance reporting.
    • Incident & CAPA Administration – Review incident and near-miss reports for completeness, support RCA/5-Why documentation, and track CAPAs through closure.
    • AIB Food Safety Support – Maintain PRP, GMP, IPM, sanitation, glass/brittle plastics, and other food-safety documentation and audit records.
    • Training & Records Management – Track PIT certifications, safety training, PPE assessments, emergency response training, expiration dates, and regulatory document retention.

    $750 - $800

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in safety, EHS, compliance, operations, quality, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and data-management skills with experience maintaining reports, dashboards, or compliance databases.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation and deadlines.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Office/365.
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work independently with U.S.-based teams.
