    Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, excel at building relationships, and have a proven track record in sales. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities for LTL freight services while managing and nurturing existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential customers for LTL freight services
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and pricing quotes to customers
    • Achieve and exceed sales objectives by implementing effective sales strategies
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries
    • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
    • Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in freight sales or logistics
