    Overview

    Serve as a frontline warehouse leader coordinating daily activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping; ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently to support productivity, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service; collaborate closely with warehouse associates and leadership (e.g., GM) to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement in the logistics/supply chain network.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Coordinate daily warehouse activities across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping to support productivity and customer service goals.
    • 2. Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates while promoting teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.
    • 3. Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technology, escalating issues as needed to leadership.
    • 4. Verify completed work, ensure compliance with company procedures, and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
    • 6. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and team performance while partnering with GM to implement process improvements.

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $27 - $31 per hour

    Requirements

    • 1. High School Diploma or GED required.
    • 2. 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience, including previous experience serving as a lead, trainer, or senior warehouse associate.
    • 3. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and warehouse technology to manage workflow and inventory accuracy.
    • 4. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
    • 5. Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, safety practices, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
