    Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative AI & Reverse Logistics Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing and optimizing reverse logistics processes using artificial intelligence tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between technology and logistics, improving efficiencies, and driving cost savings while enhancing overall supply chain performance. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and document business processes related to the Reverse Management System (RMS), including returns, repairs, refurbishment, and disposal, and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions that enhance RMS capabilities
    • Work closely with IT developer and data teams to design, build, and optimize RMS features, integrating AI and analytics where applicable to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Monitor RMS performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to streamline reverse logistics operations.
    • Stay informed on industry trends in reverse logistics, RMS platforms, and AI technologies to recommend innovative solutions and system enhancements
    • Support RMS implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting while ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Design and implement AI models to optimize reverse logistics operations and reduce costs
    • Analyze reverse logistics processes and identify areas for improvement using data and AI-driven solutions

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $75k - $85k per year

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, logistics, or a related field
    • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes, including returns, repairs, refurbishment, and disposal.
    • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or related field
    • Proven experience as an RMS Business Analyst or in reverse logistics operations

    Skills

    Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, Excel, and Tableau
    Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes and supply chain management
    Experience with AI and machine learning concepts and applications in logistics
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
