AI Workflow Process Analyst

Overview

UNIS Transportation & Logistics is seeking an AI Workflow Process Analyst to design the operational foundation for enterprise automation. This role will analyze, document, and redesign business processes across the organization, transforming complex workflows into structured models that power AI agents, workflow automation, and scalable operational excellence. Working closely with business leaders, operations, and engineering teams, you will capture current-state processes, design future-state workflows, build process ontologies, and help deploy AI-driven automation across the company's Order-to-Cash (O2C) initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and analyze end-to-end business processes across multiple departments.
• Conduct workflow interviews and leverage AI-powered process capture tools to create accurate AS-IS process maps.
• Identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Design optimized TO-BE workflows with defined ownership, decision logic, and governance.
• Develop structured business process ontologies that support AI agents and enterprise automation.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to validate workflows and implement automation initiatives.
