    Overview

    The Warehouse Manager is a critical role designed to optimize warehouse operations, ensuring seamless integration with supply chain functions and enhancing overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The core objective of this position is to lead and manage storage, inventory, and dispatch operations to support organizational goals. Positioned within the operational management team, the Warehouse Manager collaborates closely with the logistics, procurement, and sales departments to ensure that warehouse processes align with business demands and service level agreements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
    • 2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to support efficient and safe warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • 3. Lead and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability while ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
    • 4. Analyze warehouse performance through KPIs and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and drive cost savings.
    • 5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and procurement, to maintain smooth warehouse operations that align with supply chain strategies.

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $35 - $50 per hour

    Requirements

    • 1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing operations and leading teams.
    • 3. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management practices, and logistics.
