    The WMS Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth through technical expertise and customer-focused solutions in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role involves collaborating with customers to understand their logistics needs, presenting tailored product solutions, and providing pre-sales support to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of WMS functionality, along with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with prospects and clients to understand their warehouse operations and logistics needs
    • Present tailored WMS solutions to meet customer requirements and drive sales
    • Conduct technical product demonstrations and present system capabilities
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for business growth
    • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process
    • Assist in the creation of proposals and technical documentation
    • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements
    • Stay current with industry trends and WMS technology advancements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in a sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably in WMS or related technology
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations

    Strong technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and logistics operations
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
