AI Technical Mentor & Full-Stack Architect (Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer & AI Architect to serve as an internal technical coach for our team. Our goal is to rapidly accelerate our staff’s technical expertise, empowering them to build their own software systems that enhance our internal business processes. In this role, you will be teaching our team how to write code using AI. You will act as their tutor and lead debugger for internal projects. When our staff hits technical roadblocks or struggles to get AI models to output the right architecture or code, you will step in to unblock them, guide their prompt strategy, and ensure their systems are built on solid architectural foundations.
