    The Inventory Control Manager - Bilingual is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels across various locations, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and aligned with company demands. This role demands proficiency in both English and Spanish, as effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate will implement inventory management strategies, enhance operational efficiencies, and lead a team to support inventory accuracy and availability while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock levels.
    • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
    • Lead and supervise the inventory control team, providing training and guidance as needed.
    • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs.
    • Analyze inventory reports and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in inventory handling.
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish to resolve inventory issues.

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $75k - $80k per year

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in inventory control or management
    • Demonstrated proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
    • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting
    • Current experience and strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices
    • Current team leadership experience
