We are updating tariffs across modes to reflect carrier increases and market conditions. Please review the changes below and contact your account team with any questions.
Key dates
- Effective date: September 1, 2025 (00:00 local)
- Applies to: New tenders and spot quotes created on/after the effective date
Scope
- Modes: Ocean, Air, Intermodal, LTL, TL, Parcel
- Geographies: U.S. domestic and international lanes as specified by carrier tariffs
Summary of changes
- Base rates: Average adjustment of 2–6% by lane and mode
- Fuel surcharge (FSC): Indexed weekly to DOE/Platts where applicable
- Accessorials: Clarified language and updated amounts for common services

- Review routing guides and contracts for lanes with high sensitivity to accessorials
- Consolidate shipments to minimize minimum charges and stop-offs
- Optimize mode/zone where lead times permit
- Provide accurate shipment data (dimensions/weights/appointments) to reduce exceptions

- Will existing quotes be honored? Quotes issued before the effective date keep their validity window unless noted otherwise.
- Are fuel caps included? Fuel caps or floors apply only where explicitly stated in your agreement.
