    The Bilingual Inventory Control Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that cycle counts are conducted systematically using the ABC method and that all received goods are accurately recorded. By consolidating and analyzing reports, this role ensures that inventory levels are precise, thus supporting the company's operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Positioned within the supply chain team, this role collaborates with managers and leads a team of pickers and receivers to ensure adherence to established processes, enhancing overall productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Conduct cycle counts using the ABC classification system to ensure inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels.
    • 2. Verify that all receiving processes are completed accurately, and discrepancies are addressed promptly to maintain data integrity.
    • 3. Consolidate inventory reports and perform analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
    • 4. Collaborate with management to ensure that picking and receiving staff are following established protocols for efficiency and accuracy.
    • 5. Implement and maintain best practices in inventory management to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $50k - $60k per year

    Requirements

    • 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role within a bilingual environment.
    • 3. Proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication within a diverse team.
    • 4. Strong understanding of inventory control processes and methodologies, including ABC cycle counting.

    Skills

    1. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and generate meaningful insights.
    2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for inventory analysis and reporting.
