    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our 3PL dropship operations, with a focus on customer-facing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping and receiving, excellent bilingual communication skills, and the ability to manage driver check-ins and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Familiarity with AI tools is a plus to enhance operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations of the 3PL dropship facility
    • Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely deliveries
    • Conduct regular check-ins with drivers and maintain updated delivery schedules
    • Provide support and training to Customer Service Representatives
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
    • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
    • Utilize AI tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
    • Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and documentation

    Pay and Benefits

    Compensation

    $65k - $70k per year

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or logistics
    • Proven track record in a customer-facing role
    • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Skills

    Proficient in managing 3PL dropshipping operations
    Hands-on shipping and receiving experience
    Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish preferred)
    Strong ability to manage driver check-ins efficiently
    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
