    Key Responsibilities

    • 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and organizational growth objectives.

    • 3. Conduct client needs assessments and deliver customized solutions to address specific business challenges, presenting products/services effectively.

    Requirements

    • 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales role, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • 3. Strong understanding of sales CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
