The general duty rate for HTS code 0901.22.00 (Decaffeinated Coffee) is free, applying to all subdivisions including those for organic certification and specific Arabica/Robusta varieties, reported in kilograms. A special rate is not specified, however, goods may qualify for preferential treatment under eligible Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) or other preference programs. This means importers should investigate if their coffee qualifies for reduced or zero duty rates based on origin and compliance with FTA rules. All subdivisions inherit these general and special duty conditions, meaning the rate structure remains consistent regardless of the specific type of decaffeinated coffee (e.g., certified organic Arabica in 2kg or less retail containers, or other Robusta varieties).
