U-Tapao–Rayong–Pattaya International Airport (UTP) is located in Ban Chang District, Rayong province, about 140 km southeast of Bangkok and 45 minutes from Pattaya. It operates as a joint civil–military airport, supporting both commercial and Royal Thai Navy activities.
